a.) Video Teleconference Unit (VTU) is switched-on, connected to editorial workstation and configured accordingly
b.) Editor (user) starts any desired application like a non-linear editing system to share with group
c.) User sets session up for broadcasting and waits for others to join into session
c.) User begins collaborative discussion and controls application for connected group

2. (Remote Location 2) - Producer Office

a.) Video Teleconference Unit (VTU) is switched-on, connected to SD/HD display and configured accordingly
b.) Producer (user) opens built-in directory of unit users and clicks on the day's broadcasting host
c.) Collaborative session begins
3. (Remote Location 3) - Director's Home

a.) Video Teleconference Unit (VTU) is switched-on, connected to SD/HD display and configured accordingly
b.) Director (user) opens built-in directory of unit users and clicks on the day's broadcasting host
c.) Collaborative session begins

NOTE:

a.) Dedicated 1Mb line between locations for optimal performace
b.) Remote access necessary for management of units
c.) Can connect up-to (5) five receiving units to (1) broadcasting unit - additional bridge hardware required for extending collaboration network to (12) twelve receiving units to (1) broadcasting unit.
